Time Management Seminar at the Research Center: Secrets of Effective Time Management
On March 20, a seminar on the topic of "Time Management" was held at the Research Center. As part of the seminar, our colleague, Yana O., who has a diploma of professional pre-training in the program "Coaching. Effective strategies for interaction with the client: creating space for development, goal setting, finding resources and supporting changes" presented technologies for organizing and optimizing time, and discussed such topics as:
• relativity of time;
• cost of time;
• the need for time management;
• correct goal setting and prioritization of tasks;
• planning and time management;
• time management techniques;
• living creatures and time thieves;
• correct focus;
• afterword about Great achievements.
And to test knowledge about time-eaters and methods of combating them, a new activity was launched on the NIC boardbots. Among the colleagues' responses about time-thieves, the following became relevant: meetings, difficulties in prioritizing tasks, vague goals, colleagues and the Internet. But the main difficulty arose when formulating methods for taming these time-thieves.
For the time wasters we meet every day, Yana has thoughtfully prepared a cheat sheet.
Improve yourself, develop yourself and learn to control your time and move towards success!
